Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, hygiene conditions, packaging requirements, and refund timing should be confirmed before purchase and may depend on product state and consumer-law requirements.
Warranty
Warranty support applies to eligible product faults under final warranty terms and Australian Consumer Law. Damage from misuse, normal wear, or unsuitable care may not be covered.

Arco may collect information needed to answer enquiries, process orders, provide support, and operate the website. Shopify policies may also apply.
