Your Arco Brush support resources
Thank you for choosing Arco Brush. After your order arrives, take a moment to review the instructions and decide who will be part of the daily brushing routine. That may be the person using the brush, a family member, a carer or a support worker.
Use the product as directed in the supplied instructions. If you have questions about setup, cleaning, routine support or the next steps, start with the resources below.

Looking after the routine
Keep the brush and mouthpiece clean in line with the supplied instructions. Check the mouthpiece regularly for wear, damage or changes that mean it should no longer be used. Arco Brush recommends changing the mouthpiece every six months, or earlier if it is damaged or no longer suitable for use. If you are unsure about the right next step, contact Arco Brush before using a damaged product.
For mouth pain, swelling, bleeding gums, new mouth changes or other oral-health concerns, contact a dentist or relevant health professional. Arco Brush support information is not a substitute for dental assessment.[1]

Is Arco Brush worth considering for a daily brushing routine?
Arco Brush may be worth exploring when the usual toothbrush routine is difficult to start, support or repeat. This can include a person aged 9 years and over who has reduced dexterity or coordination, fatigue, sensory preferences, or who needs help from a family member, carer or support worker.
The Starter Kit brings together a rechargeable sonic handle, flexible full-mouth mouthpiece, vibration settings, a guided timer, charging base and cable, plus getting-started care guidance. It gives the person and their support team one practical system to consider instead of continuing with a routine that is not working well for them.
Before ordering, consider the person’s comfort with a mouthpiece-style brush and vibration, whether they can tolerate oral contact, who will support cleaning and charging, and whether dental advice is needed. Arco Brush is not a treatment or a replacement for dental care; suitability is individual.
If those considerations point to a reasonable fit, review the Starter Kit details, current price and ordering information below. If you need an invoice, NDIS paperwork or professional information first, use the support links above before ordering.
